Hide price and "add to cart" button

Use your opencart installation as catalog and not as e-shop. This is a vqmod addon that hides the prices and "add to cart" buttons This modification will work only with the default modules from opencart. If you have your own addons that shows products with prices and cart buttons will not affect on this addons.
