In Opencart, the affiliate link is only for individual product. Site Affiliate is not provided as default.
This extension create home page affiliate link so that they can promote your site.
This will add a new "Your Personal Site Tracking Link" box at "Affiliate Tracking" page, which is under the Tracking Code.

Install

0. Before upload this extension, you should do a full backup first.
i) opencart backup and database backup
1. Prerequisite
i) Opencart 1.5.x.x
Please install latest vqmod
ii) Opencart 2.0.x.x
Use opencart extension installer
2. Installation (No file are replaced)
i) For opencart 1.5.x.x
Upload the "vqmod" under "upload" folder to your opencart root folder.
ii) For opencart 2.0.x.x
Please goto Admin Extensions>Extension Installer, then upload homeAffiliateLink-oc20xx.ocmod.xml
and then goto Admin Extensions>Modifications and click "Refresh" button to refresh cache.
iii) For Openshop 1.7
Upload the "vqmod" under "upload" folder to your opencart root folder.

Un-Install

Step 0:
Before doing change on your website, it is a good practise to make a full backup first.
i) backup both opencart installation and database
Step 1:
i) For opencart version 1.5.x.x, remove the file homeAffiliateLink-oc15xx.xml under folder vqmod/xml
ii) For openshop version 1.7, remove the file homeAffiliateLink-oc15xx.xml under folder vqmod/xml
iii) For opencart version 2.0.x.x,
a) Goto Admin>Extension Modifications>
b) Check "Home Affiliate Link"
c) Click delete button on the top right side to delete the extension
d) Then click refresh button

Verify the installation

Please create a new affiliate account to verify the installation!
When you login your new affiliate account, you will see a new box of
"Your Personal Site Tracking Link" in "Affiliate Tracking" page
