Image Manager Header Admin

This module will make a shortcut of image manager in admin header menu. It will be useful if you want to access image manager easily from admin header toolbar.

How to install?
- Just upload the files in places.
- It required VQmod.
- Add access permission and modify permission in System > Users > User Groups for design/imagemanager
- No files will be overwrite.
