Advantages:

Instruction:
1. Extract the contents of the downloaded zip file.
2. Copy the contents of the upload folder to the Opencart root.
3. Copy the install.php to the Opencart root.
4. Open the internet browser and type the website domain name follow by install.php to install the database. (Example: http://www.domain.com/install.php)
5. Login to the admin panel. System -> Users -> User Group -> Administrator -> Click Select All or localisation/county & localisation/postcode for both Access and Modify Permission Shown in Screenshot. Save.
No Files Overwrite.
Adding Tax Rate:-
1.Go to Admin Pannel.
2.Go to System->Localisation->Counties And Insert County of related Zone of country.
3.Go to System->Localisation->Postcodes And Insert Postcode of related county.
4.Go to System->Localisation->Geo Zones And Insert Geo Zone And Select Country,Zone & County.
5.Go to System->Localisation->Taxes->Tax Rate And Insert Tax Rate and set the percentage of tax you want.
6.Go to System->Localisation->Taxes->Tax Class And Insert Tax Class and select tax rate you have created.
7. Now Go to Catalog->product and Edit. In data tab Set tax class you have created in Tax Class field.
In order to make the county taxes only show one per person, you need to set the priority of all of the rates in the class to 99.
I made it look at the priority of 99 as being county tax since I doubt you'd have 99 taxes on an order unless you're being funny.
If you want other taxes added in, set them to something other than 99. This way you can still add additional taxes if needed.
County sales tax will always show as [County Name] County Sales Tax or if it's the fail over, [Zone name] Sales Tax. Also, if you
want to change that text, you can edit the VQMod XML file and edit that there.
Now Go to User View And select the product you had set tax class. Add it to the cart and Go to Shopping cart and check Estimate Shipping & Taxes. Select the zone and postcode you had created in admin pannel
