Admin - Show system constants & globals

I built this module because I do all the coding for our website.
When I needed to dig into the system variables and constants, I could never
find a tool to show me what I needed. That need inspired me to write this.

This module will display the following:
- settings in the OC database
- defined system constants
- PHP SuperGlobals

This module is mainly written for fellow programmers who need to know more about
the Opencart system variables. If you need debugging info, this may be a useful tool.
To a "non-coding" administrator, you may not get very much out of this module.

This has been tested using OC Version 1.5.6 - Default theme

I am releasing this as FREEWARE covered under the GNU licensing model.

This module requires VQMod to be installed and operating.

Note: If you have renamed your ADMIN directory, be sure to modify the included XML file!
