No Customer Approval Alert

Using Openbay for Amazon, customers are added as waiting for approval because they don't have real email addresses, this means the header alert counter becomes useless. The vqmod simply takes the customers waiting approval out of the equation, so you can see at a glance, if there are products are out of stock, reviews to approve, affiliates to approve or returns to process.
