vqMod version of this module for Opencart 1.5.x is released finally as a separate extension here (http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=extension/extension/info&extension_id=5340) It works even without setting up SEO URL and .htaccess on your servers..easy to use and install
if you want to avoid the hassle of manually updating the files then get the vqMod version.
