If a customer is already logged in and wants to write a review, why should they have to write their name down again? We already know this information!
This very simple vQmod script prefill the "Your Name" field with a customers first- and lastname. It also selects a default rating of "3".
Combine this with the Disable Captcha vQmod to make writing reviews less of a pain.
Tested on default theme and Opencart Version 1.5.6.4 but will probably also work for you out-of-the-box.
