If you enable the Free Shipping extension, you might wonder that you still get the Flat Shipping Rate option even when the user is eligible for Free Shipping. The user has to make an effort to select the Free Shipping option which neither of us would like to.
This VQmod removes the Flat Shipping Rate option when the Free Shipping is applicable and displays the Flat Shipping Rate option when not.
VQmod is required, you must install before using it.
If you have no knowlege about Opencart even then you can use it very simple way.
