Display 3rd level subcategories in category module

Display 3rd level subcategories in category module

By default opencart's category module shows only top categories and sub categories of active category.

This vQmod extension:
1) shows also 3rd level sub-categories in category module,
2) shows all products from subcategories in parent (main) category filters
3) hides Refine search box

This vQmod extension is designed for default opencart template and might not work with other templates. Please feel free to modify it to make it correct for your template.

Tested with Opencart 1.5.6.4 with default template.

No files are overwritten. vQmod is required.
