Show 'All' as highest limiter in product lists

This mod is tested with vQmod 2.3.0 & 2.5.1. It changes the limiter in all pages that show product lists, i.e. 'Category', 'Manufacturer', 'Search' & 'Special'. It also supports the 'Show all products' extension by grgr (http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=extension/extension/info&extension_id=7988). (not for Opencart 1.5.6) It changes the limiter values to 'Limiter set in admin', 40,60,80 & 'All' (see extension image above). Built in support for English and Swedish - be sure to add your language to the XML file in the same format as the already present English and Swedish paragraphs. Just unpack the zip archive and upload the xml-file to your vqmod/xml folder.
