Show List/Grid icons instead of text + grid view as default
This mod replaces the text "List / Grid" on the product view pages with icons. It also sets grid view as default for all product view pages. One icon file is added to the default theme image folder. The mod is in the form of a vQmod xml-file. Tested with Opencart 1.5.5.1 & 1.5.6.4 and vQmod 2.3.0 & 2.5.1, using the default theme.
