USPS TM & R is displayed and Canada

unfortunately, same problem as usual... everybody knew, but... 'null' => $0.00 for order from canada ------------------------------ so i've just added a fix to this ocmod for real problem ------------------------------ it's possible that ocmod will work for other version of oc It's almost 2 years story, but if somebody wants to have shipping options shown with TM or R this simple OCMOD for you. Just six line of code will be replaced
