Mod to add popup when site is visited on mobile to push customers to add to home screen of there phone.

Popup will show when customer has visited site twice on mobile device 5 second delay after page is loaded

I have updated CSS and images to make easier to edit

Windows phone not supported

Tested on Opencart 1.5.6.4 with responsive theme
