CR2 Grid Enabler

The module allows you set Grid view as the default product list view on shop pages. The specific pages (routes/layouts) are also configurable. No more theme or nasty code mods.
You also have to option to completely hide the List/Grid selector.

Important notes:
1. This module works only on themes that use the same layout and javascript code as the default theme.
2. Some themes, due to their highly customized nature and lack of developer interest in compatibility, do not load modules on all but some of the pages (routes/layouts), and as a result the module may or may not work.
3. The module relies on OpenCart's Layouts feature to load itself on specific pages of the shop. If (some or all of) the layouts are deleted, the module will not be able to trigger the Grid view on those pages that do not have a layout defined.
