This is a OCMOD not vQmod !!!
So, just install this extension from OPENCART EXTENSION INSTALLER. The only thing you should do.
This extension does not allow you to add product with specified maximum quantity to the cart.
Default entry is 0 which means nothing happens and you can then set a maximum on a per product basis.
This extensions alters automatically a new column called "maximum" to the product table when installing it.
