Move Affiliate to Top of Orders Page
This is a vQmod extension to simply move the 'Affiliate: and Commission:' information to the top of the Orders Page inside the admin area of: Sales -> Orders. With this extension this information will now feature at the top of the page so it is much harder for the admin to accidentally miss adding the commission to the affiliate for each order.
I have put this together for version 1.5.2.1 and have not tested it on earlier versions. I'd advise you test it on earlier versions to ensure it works.
