This is a VQMOD Mod.
You may use in any version wich uses this string:
$this->document->setTitle($product_info['name']);
as the title generator in catalog/controller/product/product.php file.
This mod use the bulk discount price in first place, if possible special price and the if not exist, the usual price, to build the page title.
