Sticky admin navigation and menu bar

This extension modifies your admin panel behavior when scrolling long sites down. By default the header with 
navigation bar and menu bar disapears, which is not good for workflow (you have always to scroll back on top).
After installing this extension, the header disapears, navigation bar is attached to display top and after that
menu bar is attached to navigation bar. So you have all your important options on display, for perfect and
fast workflow.
