What is the Promo Banners module
Promo Banners is a module for OpenCart that extends the Banners module already installed in Opencart. It supports uploading images of any size and displaying them as an internal pop up in any layout you wish. Pop up is embedded inside the main page, it does not open a new window, thus no pop up blocker will stop this from appearing.
Some key features:
- You can add as many banners as you wish, but only one per layout.
- You can set the image banner at any size you like.
- The module uses cookies to track when a banner was displayed on a user.
- Banner closes when user clicks anywhere else on screen (or clicking the upper right close link).
- Optionally a banner can link to another page.
- Optionally a banner can open in a new window.
- Banner can be displayed only once (using cookies) or always.
- Banner can be displayed on specific language (new in version 1.2)
