RoyalSlider implementation (Touch-enabled Image slider)

This is an implementation of RoyalSlider - a Touch-Enabled jQuery Image Gallery - to display an image slideshow. Works similar to the native Slideshow module.

While still rough around the edges, this module will work as intended, displaying a touch-enabled image slideshow in the same way as the Slideshow module. Also navigation with the keyboard is enabled.
