Customer Greeting / Welcome Message

This VQMod extension will add a personal welcome message to header and my account page

- "Logged in as ****" displayed in header
- "Hi ****, Welcome to your account page" displayed on my account page
- Messages can be changed by making small adjustment to XML file

Tested on default and custom themes for Opencart 2.1.0.2.

VQMod must be installed.
